Polyloader – Fully Automatic Hopper Loader for Efficient Material Transport

Polyloader is a series of fully automatic hopper loaders that ensure a constant material level in the hopper of the production machine or in a pre-dryer. Polyloader offers a practical solution for bulk material transport and can be adapted to a wide range of production environments.

The system is equipped with filter bags that protect the electric motors and can be easily cleaned or replaced. The suction pipe, connected to a flexible suction hose, can be placed in a material container or silo, allowing the material to be transported via vacuum. The suction period is adjustable and automatically interrupted, with a new suction cycle starting as soon as the bottom flap closes.

Polyloader can also be connected to compressed air via a solenoid valve to clean the filter bag, ensuring optimal and continuous operation. The system has a maximum capacity of approximately 800 kg/h and can transport material up to about 4 meters in height from a container or sack next to the machine, with a maximum suction length of approximately 10 meters. No lubricants are needed.
